Treat someone to a meal at Chalk at Wiston Estate. Chalk draws together the highlights of fresh local produce, including ingredients from the Estate and its neighbours. We aim to create dishes that express the nature, heritage, and purpose of the land we share. Our dinners are a set Estate Menu – a set five course dinner showcasing produce grown, farmed and foraged on Wiston Estate and the Sussex Coast. Valid 12 months.
